After scoring five goals - all on special teams - in a weekend home-and-home series against UConn, junior Bobo Carpenter of the men’s ice hockey team has been named the GoTerriers.com Student–Athlete of the Week.

Carpenter notched a pair of shorthanded goals in the second period of a 2-2 draw with the Huskies on Friday at Agganis. In a 6-3 road win on Saturday, the junior recorded his first collegiate hat trick with three power-play goals and added an assist for a career-best four-point performance.

Carpenter is tied for the team lead in points this season with eight (5g, 3a).
