John Holland had a stand out week offensively, totaling 63 points in 64 minutes of action to help the Boston University men's basketball team capture two victories and earn GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week honors. The junior forward shot a blistering 70 percent from the field to finish with a career-high 43 points at Delaware during the ESPNU BracketBusters.

He opened the Binghamton game with a 7-0 spurt of his own before ending the game with 20 points, two assists and two steals on Wednesday night. He then came back on Saturday to score 43 points, the most for a Terrier since Tunji Awojobi ('97) totaled the same amount. Holland also had three steals and six assists for the BracketBuster victory on the road.

The America East's leading scorer at 19.8 ppg, he scored the most points in the league since Vermont's Tyler Coppenrath recorded the same amount in 2005. He currently ranks eighth in the BU record book with 1,439 points and is just 13 rebounds away from 500.
