BOSTON - Racing with a berth to their respective National Championships on the line, the Boston University women's rowing team will compete at the 37th-annual EAWRC Eastern Sprints in Camden, N.J., while the men will be in Worcester, Mass., for the 65th EARC Eastern Sprints on Sunday morning.
Seeded 12th in all three varsity eight races, the women will race on the Cooper River starting at 8 a.m. The top two boats in each morning heat event advance to the Grand Final later in the afternoon with the next two racing in the Petite Final and the last two competing in the 3rd Level Final.
On the men's side, the Terriers are seeded 10th in the varsity eight, t-7th in the 2V8 and fourth in the freshman eight. They will race at Lake Quinsigamond. Fans can follow the men also on Twitter at BUmenCrew.
