PRINCETON, N.J. - The Boston University women's rowing team continued the fall schedule at the three-mile Princeton Chaseafternoon on Lake Carnegie.
In the varsity eight race, the Terriers' top boat coxed by senior Kayla Rivers and stroked by Cheryl Copson placed 17th. With a time of 15:55.27, BU finished ahead of the top crews from Northeastern, Duke, Rhode Island, MIT, Rutgers and George Washington.
The Terriers also competed in the novice eights race with the boat coxed by freshman Katie Scott and stroked by Maggie Beaton placing 15th (18:19.59).
BU will next race in the Foot of the Charles on Saturday, Nov. 12.
