Today's Subject: Freshman Rachel Levine
1. What is your favorite softball memory?
Having the game winning hit against King Philip in the 9th inning to advance in the playoffs.
2. What is your earliest softball memory?
Playing co-ed t-ball.
3. When did you know Boston University was the right school for you?
Driving by the school when I was younger, I always wanted to come here. Getting the opportunity to come play softball made it an easy choice.
4. What was it like to put on a BU uniform for the first time during the fall?
A dream come true.
5. Who is your role model and why?
My mom because she’s the strongest person I know.
6. What sport would you be playing if you weren’t playing softball and why?
Probably basketball because my mom played it when she was younger.
7. What are your best attributes you feel you bring to the team?
I push myself as hard as I can everyday.
8. Which athlete’s career would you most like to have and why?
David Ortiz because he’s just awesome and an amazing player.
9. What is your dream job?
Psychiatrist.
10. What has been your favorite BU memory so far?
Being in Kenmore when the Red Sox won the World Series.
11. What is your favorite book and why?
John Green's “The Fault in Our Stars” because the message is inspiring.
12. What pregame music do you listen to and why?
Anything rap or hip hop because it pumps me up.
