Leufroy finished with 16 points in the first half and scored five straight to push the lead back to eight (38-30), but Dieudonne converted on a 3-point play and freshman Kyle Foreman drained a trey to cut the deficit to 38-36 entering the locker room.
The Terriers used a pair of free throws by sophomore Cheddi Mosely to quickly tie the game for the first time in the second half, but Lehigh managed to never fall behind, as the Mountain Hawks went back ahead by eight (53-45) at 12:02 on a jumper by Devon Carter.
Havener scored nine points in the following four minutes and junior Eric Fanning added a 3-pointer to tie the game two more times at 8:44 (55-55) and 7:56 (57-57), respectively. BU almost had the opportunity to break the deadlock, but Kempton grabbed an offensive rebound and hit the putback to take the lead for good.
Owning a slight 63-62 advantage at 4:29, Ross hit a 3-pointer. Price converted on a 3-point play one minute later, and Lehigh never saw its lead cut below four the rest of the game by hitting 11 straight free throw attempts.
