PRINCETON, N.J. - The Boston University women's track & field team competed at the ECAC Championships this past weekend at Princeton University.

Only three Terriers competed over the weekend, with the trio combining to collect eight points. Freshman Lovie Burleson secured seven of the eight points, led by a fourth-place finish in the long jump on Saturday. She recorded a leap of 5.80 meters (19' 0.5"). On Sunday, she took eighth in the triple jump with a leap of 11.73 meters (38' 6"). Classmate Kennedy Jones was seventh in the triple jump, posting a mark of 11.61 meters (38' 1.25").

On Saturday, junior Ally Saccone advanced to the semifinals of the 100m hurdles thanks to a personal-best time of 13.99 seconds in the prelims. She finished just two spots shy of Sunday's final.

BU will now wait to see which Terriers will qualify for the NCAA East Prelims, which begin on May 26in Jacksonville, Florida.
