CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Highlighted nine top-five overall finishes, the Boston University women's track & field team opened the 2017 outdoor season at the Hurricane Invitational this weekend.
 
The Terriers were once again led by senior Toria Levy who finished first in the 400m hurdles with a time of 58.80. Levy also finished third in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.08. Sophomore Lovie Burleson also had an excellent meet, finishing 2^nd in the triple jump with a 12.10m (39'8.50") jump.

After this weekend's competition, the Terriers will next compete at the Raleigh Relays in Raleigh, N.C. March 24- 25.
