TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU is coming off a four-game homestand, where it swept all four games and outscored its opponents 8-1.
- Seven different players scored during the homestand, with five scoring their first career goals as a Terrier.
- Amanda Fay and Morgan Messner have each earned the win in net in each of their last two starts.
- Fay currently ranks second in the Patriot League in saves per game (5.60) and ranks third among keepers with two shutouts.
- Ashley Raphael leads the team in points (5) and is tied with Shannon Keefe for the team in goals (2).
- The Bison scored twice in the first half to edge out a 2-1 victory at Lafayette in its Patriot League opener.
- Freshman Kaylee Donnelly made 10 saves against the Leopards to earn Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week honors, while fellow freshman Abby Gearhart was named the Rookie of the Week after delivering the opening goal and assisting on the second.
- Donnelly has started all nine games in net and leads the league in saves (54) and saves per game (6.0).
- Gearhart and junior Chloe Christakos paced the Bison with five points apiece.
- The Terriers regained the upper hand in the series, 5-4-0, following last season's 2-0 shutout at Nickerson Field.
- BU took the first four matchups against Bucknell before the Bison swung the series by taking the next four.
- All four of Bucknell's wins have come on its home field.
- BU will remain on the road as it travels to Army West Point on Wednesday, Oct. 2.
