The Boston University men's lacrosse team will continue a stretch of four straight road games and three games in seven days when the Terriers travel to Bryant on Tuesday afternoon. Opening faceoff is scheduled for 3 p.m.

HISTORY WITH THE BULLDOGS

  • This will be the fourth straight year that BU and Bryant will meet, with the Terriers sporting a 3-0 record against the Bulldogs.
  • BU most recently earned a 12-9 win over Bryant at Nickerson Field last February.
  • The Terriers' only visit to Smithfield, Rhode Island, resulted in an 8-7 overtime win in 2018.
  • BU defeated the Bulldogs, 12-9, in the teams' first meeting on Feb. 28, 2017.

LAST TIME AGAINST BRYANT

  • BU defeated Bryant, 14-9, last February at Nickerson Field.

  • Jake Cates tallied two goals while Reece Eddy and Chase Levesque each found the back of the net.

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS

  • Bryant has opened the season with a pair of losses, first dropping an 11-9 home decision to Bucknell on Feb. 9 before suffering a 16-9 setback at Providence on Saturday.
  • Redshirt senior Jake Buonaiuto has notched four goals in each of the Bulldogs' first two tilts and has added an assist to lead Bryant with nine points.
  • Junior Marc O'Rourke has tallied three goals and four assists for seven points while redshirt freshman Logan McGovern has secured five points thanks to one goal and a team-high four assists.
  • McGovern and O'Rourke had four points apiece on Saturday at Providence.
  • Bryant is one of 10 teams to bring back 85% of its goals and 85% of its assists from 2019.
  • O'Rourke leads the squad with seven ground balls and is one of three Bulldogs to have a team-high two caused turnovers.
  • Senior James Stoler is 24-of-46 at the faceoff X this year and has only gathered six ground balls.

TUESDAYS ARE FOR THE TERRIERS

  • BU has been quite successful on Tuesday nights over the past three seasons, posting a 9-2 record when playing that day.
  • The two losses both came in overtime.
  • BU has averaged 12.55 goals per game in those 11 Tuesday tilts.

MCSORLEY BRILLIANT AT LOWELL
