TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU suffered just its second defeat of the season on Tuesday, a 22-15 loss to No. 5 Yale.
- Both of the Terriers' losses have been to top-15 teams.
- Saturday will be the Terriers' final non-conference game of the regular season.
- The Terriers clinched a berth in the Patriot League postseason with a 17-9 win over Navy on April 2.
- Junior Louis Perfetto matched career highs with four goals and six points against Yale while classmate Vince D'Alto totaled six points on three goals and three assists.
- Senior Timmy Ley extended his NCAA-best goal scoring streak to 32 games with a goal as part of a three-assist day against the Bulldogs.
- Ley (32 games), Perfetto (27 games) and D'Alto (25 games) all extended their lengthy point streaks, with D'Alto also notching a goal in his 23rd straight contest.
- BU caused 14 turnovers on Tuesday and continues to lead the nation in caused turnovers per game (12.60).
- The Terriers are also third in the NCAA and first in the Patriot League on the ride, holding opponents to a .754 clear percentage.
SCOUTING THE TIGERS
- Princeton also played on Tuesday night, posting an 18-7 home win over Marist.
- The Tigers' only two losses this season have been to teams currently in the top five - No. 5 Yale on March 26 and top-ranked Maryland on Feb. 26.
- Chris Brown leads Princeton in assists (20) and points (44), including 11 points (4g, 7a) in his last two games.
- Alex Slusher has notched a team-high 31 goals, including six against Brown on April 2.
- Ben Finlay leads the Tigers with 11 caused turnovers while faceoff leader Tyler Sandoval (55.8% at the X) has claimed a team-best 48 ground balls.
- Goalkeeper Erik Peters has started all nine games, posting an 11.14 goals-against average and a .566 save percentage.
- BU will continue a stretch of three straight road games when the Terriers travel to Baltimore to face Loyola Maryland on Saturday, April 16.
- Opening faceoff is scheduled for 12 p.m., with the game to be televised live on CBS Sports Network.
