The Boston University men's lacrosse team will continue its 10th season on Saturday when the No. 18 Terriers travel to Easton, Pennsylvania, to take on Lafayette. Opening faceoff is scheduled for 12 p.m.

- BU is one of the hottest teams in the nation, winning its sixth straight game on Tuesday with a 15-11 triumph over Harvard at Nickerson Field.
- That is tied for the longest active winning streak this season;Â Notre Dame is 6-0 this season and won six straight to end last year.
- Graduate student Timmy Ley is just two points away from matching 2019 graduate James Burr's program record of 194 points.
- Ley, who tallied five goals in the win over Harvard, enters Saturday with 135 goals and 57 assists for 192 points; Burr totaled a program-best 153 goals in addition to 41 assists during his sparking four-year career.
- Graduate student Matt Garber was great against Harvard, making several spectacular stops as part of his 13-save performance.
- Senior Louis Perfetto also had five points (1g, 4a) against Harvard.
- Perfetto has recorded 18 points (6g, 12a) in his last three games.
- Senior Roy Meyer needs one caused turnover to reach 100 for his career.
- Junior Dane DeGoler set new career highs with six caused turnovers and seven ground balls against the Crimson.
- He is one of three players in the NCAA to record six caused turnovers in a single game this season.
- DeGoler also scored a full-field goal against the Crimson.
- BU is second in the NCAA and first in the Patriot League with an average of 40.14 ground balls per game.
- The Terriers are third in the nation with 12.29 caused turnovers per game and are also third on the ride, holding opponents to a .766 clearing percentage.

HISTORY WITH LAFAYETTE
- BU is a perfect 8-0 against Lafayette since 2014.
- The Terriers won their first game as a Division I program at Lafayette, earning a 12-7 victory on March 15, 2014.
- Four of the Terriers' eight wins over the Leopards have been in Easton, including a 13-9 triumph in their last visit to Lafayette on March 27, 2021.
- BU has averaged 15.38 goals per game against Lafayette, including a 21-goal outburst last year.
SCOUTING THE LEOPARDS
- Lafayette improved to 4-5 overall and 1-2 in the Patriot League with a 10-9 home win over Colgate on March 18.
- That matches their win total from last season.
- Junior Peter Lehman scored six of his team-high 23 goals in the win over Colgate.
- Lehman is also first on the squad with 27 points while classmate Charlie Cunniffe leads Lafayette with 12 assists and is second to Lehman with 22 points.
- Sophomore Evan Prince has won 34 of the 71 faceoffs he has taken for a .479 win percentage while junior Aidan Kelly is 58-of-131 (.443).
- Kelley is tied with senior Tommy McGee for first on the team in ground balls, with Prince gathering 12 ground balls.
- McGee also leads Lafayette with 10 caused turnovers this season.
- Freshman goalkeeper Joe Doherty has started all nine games for Lafayette, posting a .468 save percentage and a 12.61 goals-against average.
