Harper Earns Second Patriot League Defender of the Week Nod

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Sophomore Anthony Harper has earned Patriot League Defender of the Week for the second time this season, as announced by the league on Monday afternoon.
His earns his second career Patriot League weekly award following an outstanding performance against Harvard last Tuesday at Nickerson Field. In the 44th minute of the match between the crosstown rivals, Harper connected with a corner kick by junior Pharis Petrica, heading the ball into the net for his first goal of the season and the second of his career.
Harper has played a key role in BU's dominant defensive presence this year, starting in all nine games so far and playing the full 90 minutes in seven consecutive games.
BU will travel for a two-game road stretch beginning on Saturday, Oct. 3 at Loyola Maryland with opening kick set for 1 p.m. Live statistics and an international stream will be available on GoTerriers.com.
