After spending five seasons serving as the Terriers’ team manager, Brittany Miller was hired as the director of hockey operations on Coach Quinn’s staff in the summer of 2016. 

She became the first female to be hired in a full-time role on an NCAA Division I men’s ice hockey staff.

As a manager, Miller worked closely with the coaching staff, analyzing statistics and ice-time during games. She helped organize and manage travel accommodations and meals on team trips in addition to taking care of all ticket requests and assisting with the program’s social media accounts. 

Miller completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at BU, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration & management from the Questrom School of Business in 2015 before receiving a master’s degree from the College of Communication in 2016.
