After winning a gold medal and helping the women’s rowing team to a second-place finish at the Patriot League Championships, the members of the women’s openweight varsity eight boat have been named GoTerriers.com Student-Athletes of the Week.
Made up of sophomores Emma and Kathryn Quirk, juniors Kitty Tolman, Laura Anhalt and Kelsey Farmer, and seniors Kristina Damm, Emily Huber, Annalise Routenberg and Marlaina Miller, the V8 was named Patriot League Boat of the Year after cruising to victory in the grand final with a time of 7:11.96, nearly three seconds ahead of Navy (7:14.82).
