Gillian Morrison, a senior captain on the women’s track & team and three-time PL Champion, has been a top performer and leader for the Terriers throughout her career.
As a senior, Morrison won gold in the pentathlon at the PL Indoor Championship with a personal-best score if 3656, earning her team 10 points and helping the Terriers finish in third place overall.
As a sophomore, the Parkland, Fla. native finished first in the pentathlon at the PL Indoor Championships with 3556 points and also took home gold in the heptathlon at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with 4769 points.
“Gillian was a leader on our team who always led by example,’ said director of track & field and cross country Gabe Sanders. “Whether it was in the classroom or on the track, she was one of the hardest working players on the team and her results show that.”
