After scoring a hat trick in the Terriers' season-opening victory at Ohio, junior Ailsa Connolly has been named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week and the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Connolly scored BU's first goal of the 2019 season on Saturday against the Bobcats and then added two more later in the game to complete her second collegiate hat trick and lead the Terriers to a 4-1 triumph. On Monday at No. 14 Ohio State, Connolly completed a four-goal weekend by tying the game at 2-2.

This is the third time in her career that Connolly has been named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week. She led the Terriers in scoring in each of her first two seasons and was a Preseason All-Patriot League honoree last month.
