Freshman Sophia Jacobs-Townsley was named Most Outstanding Rookie of the Meet honors at the 2019 Patriot League Championship thanks to her eighth-place performance. She was the first conference rookie to cross the finish line and she was a Second Team All-Patriot League honoree. Jacobs-Townsley has recorded three top-10 finishes during her first year as a Terrier and is a three-time PL Rookie of the Week.
