BOSTON - The Boston University wrestling team fell to Drexel, 28-10, in its home opener on Friday evening at Case Gym. The Terriers jumped out to a 7-0 lead, but the visitors claimed wins in seven of the final eight bouts to claim the victory. BU moves to 4-5 overall and 2-5 against CAA competition.

The match opened at 141 pounds, as senior Joey Whitaker posted a 10-6 victory over Morgan Remillard. Junior Mike Roberts extended his win streak to 12 matches when he followed with an 18-7 major decision against Lewis Baker at 149.

Faced with the 7-0 deficit, the Dragons reeled off four straight wins to take a lead they would not relinquish.

Freshman John Hall picked up a 9-2 victory at 197 over Brian Stouffer for the Terriers' third and final win of the night.

The Terriers will return to action tomorrow (Jan. 26) when they wrap up their alumni weekend with a tri-meet against Rutgers and Delaware State. BU will take on the Scarlet Knights at 1 p.m. before facing the Hornets at approximately 5 p.m.
