Shreck Named Patriot League Midfielder of the Week

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Senior Jesse Shreck has been named the Patriot League Midfielder of the Week, as announced by the league Monday.
Shreck netted the game-winning goal in a 3-0 victory over Lafayette on Sunday, striking a ball from 25 yards out that lofted into the back of the net. The Lido Beach, N.Y. native also provided an assist on BU's second goal of the game, and assisted on the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory against Holy Cross on Wednesday. The Midfielder of the Week nod marks the first Patriot League weekly honor for Shreck.

BU extended its shutout streak to five and has not allowed a goal in 492:37 minutes. The Terriers will return to the pitch on Friday, Oct. 7 at Navy.
