Oldham, Messner Named to United Soccer Coaches All-North Region Team

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Continuing to pile onto their list of postseason accolades, juniors Jenna Oldham and Morgan Messner of the Boston University women's soccer team have earned spots on the United Soccer Coaches All-North Region teams, the organization announced Thursday.
Oldham, a forward, garnered a spot on the first team after a standout season on the pitch. Oldham scored or assisted on every Terrier goal this season, and led the squad in both assists (3) and points (5). The junior nearly tripled her career point total in a five-game spring season and was named to the All-Patriot League First Team.
Messner, a second team pick, was equally impactful in net this season as she logged every minute possible in between the pipes. Messner tallied two clean sheets to go with a .786 save percentage and 0.71 goals against average. The All-Patriot League Second Team selection made an appearance on national television after one of her highlight-reel saves vs. Colgate was featured on SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays.
