ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The Boston University men's swimming & diving team kicked off competition at the 2022 Patriot League Championships on Wednesday at Lejeune Hall.
Through three events, the Terriers are fifth with 67 points.
In the men's 800-yard freestyle relay, sophomore Jackson Olin, junior Sarsen Whatmore, senior Benjamin Brewer and senior Dan Galante placed fifth with a time of 6:41.50. Brewer also raced in the 200-yard medley relay with sophomore Justin Lee and juniors Jacob Lindner and Kyle Falkstrom, with that group placing eighth with a time of 1:31.22. In the 3-meter diving event, freshman Lyde de Hooghe placed seventh with 289.35 points while senior Michael Nejaime was 12th with 196.70 points.
Thursday's schedule will begin with preliminary events at 10 a.m., followed by finals at 6 p.m. Fans can watch on ESPN+ as well as track live results on the Meet Mobile app.
