BETHLEHEM, Pa. – After earning a pair of singles wins in straight sets, Boston University men's tennis freshman Corey Craig has collected Patriot League Player of the Week honors, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon.

The award marks the first this season for the Terriers and the first in two seasons since David Bogatin ('21) was recognized on April 21, 2021. BU defeated both Adelphi (4-3) and MIT (4-1) to extend their win streak to four matches, their longest since 2018.

Remaining in the No. 2 slot, Craig started off with a 6-1, 6-3 win. He followed up with a 6-4, 7-6(4) victory against MIT after teaming with junior Ben Letzer for a 6-4 doubles win at line 3. 

A five-star from Coconut Cree, Florida, Craig currently owns a team-high eight singles wins alongside five doubles victories.

The Terriers will next look to bounce back from Sunday's 6-1 loss at Brown when they visit St. John's on Saturday (Feb. 18) at 7 p.m.
