PEABODY, Mass. — The Boston University men's tennis team finished up their last home tournament at Salem Country Club over the weekend, playing against players from Bryant and Middlebury.
Freshman
Ege Topkoc was perfect in his singles efforts, going 2-0 over his opponents from Bryant. Junior
Jakob Esterowitz finished 1-0 after winning his match over a Middlebury opponent. Senior
Gabe Brown picked up a win over a Bryant player and
Gustavs Dambins won one of his matches against a Middlebury opponent.
On the doubles side, Topkoc and classmate
Jaydon Barki went 2-1, while Esterowitz and graduate student
Jonah Dickson also went 2-1 as the doubles teams finished 4-4 total.
The Terriers finish up their fall slate with the Harvard Battle of Boston beginning Thursday, Nov. 7 in Allston.
