Terriers Trek to Holy Cross for Tuesday Night Tilt

BOSTON – The Boston University women's ice hockey team travels to Holy Cross for a Tuesday night tilt at the Hart Center Rink. Tuesday's game will be BU's first Turnpike Trophy game of the season.
TERRIER TIDBITS
- The Terriers went unbeaten in the weekend series with Providence, winning 4-1 and skating to a 2-2 tie with a 2-0 shootout win for an extra point in the Hockey East standings.
- Seniors Lilli Welcke, Clara Yuhn and Riley Walsh and sophomore Kaileigh Quigg scored in the win while junior Greta Henderson and senior Sydney Healey found the back of the net in the tie.
- Senior Luisa Welcke and S. Healey scored in the shootout for BU.
- Lu. Welcke, sophomores Tessa Demain and Keira Healey, Quigg, senior Maeve Kelly, Yuhn, Walsh, S. Healey, freshman Avery Supryka and junior Neely Nicholson all recorded assists in the weekend series.
- Junior Mari Pietersen made a combined 51 saves in the two games with 34 coming in the win.
- BU has recorded 40 or more shots on goal twice this year with 40 against New Hampshire on Oct. 24 and 45 at Boston College on Nov. 13.
