April 28, 2025

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Sophomores Izabella Amonte and Tessa Geddes were both named to the Second Team All-Patriot League on Monday morning, the league office announced.

Amonte, a Humarock, Massachusetts native, had the best offensive season by a Terrier since 2023, scoring 37 goals and adding five assists for 42 points. Her 30-plus goal season is one of just two by Terriers in the past six seasons and trails only Claire Gola's 39-goal season in 2023.

After missing the 2024 season due to injury, Amonte was the primary scorer for the Terriers, and picked up 20 goals in her first 10 career games – becoming the first Terrier since 2012 to do so, when Mallory Collins scored 31 goals in her first 10 games. Amonte notched a point in every game and tallied six hat tricks this season, including four against Patriot League opponents. Against No. 22 Navy, she scored four goals.

Geddes, a Winchester, Massachusetts native, was all over the field in 2025 after returning to her true midfield spot. She finished the season with 25 goals, nine assists and 34 points along with 30 ground balls, 49 draw controls and seven caused turnovers.

She scored nine free-position goals on 15 shots for a .600 free position percentage. Geddes tallied hat tricks agianst Iona and Merrimack and scored nine goals in her final six games against Patriot League opponents. She reached the 100 career draw control mark against Merrimack and has 133 career draw controls.
