AS A GRADUATE STUDENT IN 2024-25
Wrapped his BU career with a third-place finish in the mile at the NCAA Indoor Championships, crossing the line in 3:54.42 (March 15) ... Was the best finish by a Terrier at the NCAA Indoor Championships since 2012 and he was the first Terrier man to qualify for the meet since 2014 ... Won the mile (3:58.11) and 3000m (8:03.75) at the Patriot League Indoor Championships, setting a meet record in the mile as the first man to ever run a sub-4 minute mile at the meet (March 1-2) ... Set the school record in the mile with a 3:53.82 time at the Terrier DMR Challenge, making him the 24th-fastest collegiate indoor miler ever (Feb. 21) ... Ran two more sub-4 miles in 2025, finishing in 3:58.67 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14) and 3:54.20 at the Terrier Classic (Feb. 1) ... Broke the school record in the 3000m at the Battle In Beantown with a 7:50.96 time (Jan. 18) ... Opened his season with a 4:00.98 time in the mile at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 7)
AS A GRADUATE STUDENT IN 2023-24
In his outdoor season, advanced to the quarterfinals in the 1,500m at the NCAA East First Round … Also qualified for the 5,000m at the regional meet … Won the 1,500m title at the Patriot League Championships for the third consecutive year in 3:44.27 … Also placed second in the 4x800m relay and finished fourth in the 5,000m at the league meet … Ran a regular season best time of 3:40.72 in the 1500m at the Wake Forest Invitational to place ninth … Notched a personal best in the 5,000m in 13:48.80 at the Raleigh Relays … During the indoor season, won the mile title and placed third in the 3,000m at the Patriot League Championships … Also helped BU place second in both the 4x800m and distance medley relays … Ran a school record mile time of 3:55.80 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational … Also ran his personal best 3,000m time of 7:56.78 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic.
AS A SENIOR IN 2022-23
During the outdoor season, ran a 3:47.57 in the 1,500m at the NCAA East Preliminary Round to finish 30th … At the Patriot League Championships, won the 1,500m title in a time of 3:45.44 for his second consecutive title … Also joined the 4x800m relay team that finished third with a time of 7:35.39 … Set a personal best in the 1,500m with a time of 3:40.10 at the Wake Forest Invitational … Added another personal best in the 5,000m (14:12.95) at the Raleigh Relays … During the indoor season, broke the four-minute barrier in the mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite with his time of 3:59.18, part of a meet that saw 52 men break the standard … At the Patriot League Championships, finished second in the mile at 4:08.24 and helped the 4x800m relay team that finished second in 7:30.41 … Set a personal best in the 3,000m at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic with a time of 8:04.93.
AS A JUNIOR IN 2021-22
During his outdoor season, ran a 3:49.20 in the 1500m at the NCAA East Preliminary Round and finished 32nd in the event … Secured a personal best in the 1500m at the Princeton Elite Invitational with a time of 3:42.05 to place fourth … Claimed the Patriot League title in the 1500m with a time of 3:48.26 and set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 14:26.77 to finish sixth in the event … Placed second and set a personal best in the 800m at the UCONN Dog Fight with a time of 1:51.39 … During the indoor season, placed 22nd in the mile at the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite with a time of 4:09.48 … Ran a 1:51.63 800m at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic to place 15th.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2020-21
During his outdoor season, qualified for the IC4A Championship in the 1500m run and finished fifth with a personal-best time of 3:47.67 … Finished fourth in the 1,500 meter run at the Patriot League Championship with a tine of 3:52.82 … Finished first in the 1500m at the Army Twilight Meet with a time of 3:51.88 … Finished eighth in the 800 meters at the Ocean State Invite with a personal-best time of 1:54.76.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019-20
During the indoor season, finished fourth in the 1-mile at the PL Indoor Championship with a time of 4:18.97 … Finished 14th in the 3000m run at the PL Indoor Championship with a time of 8:39.12 … Recorded a personal-best time in the 1-mile with a time of 4:06.48, second best in the PL during the indoor season … Competing at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, posted an IC4A-qualifying time of 8:14.27 in the 3000m run, finishing 22nd out of 150-competitors to earn PL Rookie of the Week honors.

Ran four years of track and cross country at St. Mary's High School ... Selected as his cross country team's MVP all four years ... Won gold with Canada in the 1,500m run at the 2019 U20 Pan American Championships with a personal-best time of 3:47.05 ...
