Set a personal best in the 800m with a 1:53.67 time at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (May 2) … At the Bison Outdoor Classic, ran a mile time of 4:19.95, a personal best (April 14) … Hit a PB of 3:59.52 in the 1500m at the UMass Flagship Opener (April 5) … Opened his indoor season with a time of 4:22.37 in the mile at the Battle in Beantown (Jan. 18).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2023-24
During the outdoor season, ran a personal best time of 2:01.03 in the 800m at the UConn Northeast Challenge … Competed in the 800m at the Friar Invitational and at the UMass Flagship Opener … Did not compete during the indoor season.

BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY
Ran with the St. Albans School and competed with the Highgate Harriers club … As a senior, recorded 15:52 in the 5K while captaining both the track and field and cross country teams … As a junior, placed 5^th at the SEAA Southern Championships in the 800m … Also represented England at the National School Games in the 800m, placing 7th … As a sophomore, ran a 1:54.69 in the 800m and was the 800m Hertfordshire County Champion … As a freshman, ran a 1:55.93 in the 800m and ranked 2^nd in the U18 division in the UK … Also competed in field hockey and cricket.
