5K qualifier at the NCAA East First Rounds … Finished in 31:11.60 in the 10K at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships, earning fourth (May 2) … Notched a personal-best time of 13:41.32 in the 5K at the Raleigh Relays (March 28) to open his outdoor season … Earned a bronze medal in the 3000m with an 8:09.10 run at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (March 2) …  Ran a 5000m time of 13:53.21 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023-24
During the outdoor season, competed in the 5,000m at the NCAA East First Round … Placed third in the 5,000m at the Patriot League Championships … Finished fourth in the 10,000m at the league meet with a personal best time of 30:35.11 … Opened the outdoor season with a 13:45.41 in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays … During the indoor season, was the 3,000m Patriot League Champion with a meet record time of 8:02.00 … Placed second in the 5,000m at the league meet … Ran sub-4 in the mile for the first time with a 3:59.59 at the Terrier DMR Challenge … Ran 3:46.33 in the 1,500m at the David Hemery Invitational for a personal best.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2022-24
During the outdoor season, placed third in the 5,000m at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 14:27.21, which was the top time for a freshman in the event at the meet … Set a personal best time of 14:20.60 in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays...Followed that up with a personal best in the 800m (1:57.58) at the Duke Invitational … Also notched a personal best in the 1,500m (4:00.31) at the Yale Last Chance Meet … During the indoor season, placed eighth in the 3,000m (8:26.00) and 10th in the mile (4:21.63) at the Patriot League Championships … Set a personal best in the mile with a 4:07.93 at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic.

Ran track and cross country at Nashoba Regional High School ... In cross country, was a state champion in his senior year ...
