Also earned his first All-Region award ... Started all 17 games ... Helped BU shut out eight opponents ... Anchored a backline that posted a 0.86 goals against average, 34th-best in the NCAA.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009
Named to America East All-Conference Second Team ... One of seven Terriers to start all 18 games ... Scored first collegiate goal against No. 23 Brown ... Anchored a backline that shut out six opponents, including then-No. 1 St. John[apos]s (1-0) and No. 12 UConn (3-0).
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008
Named to the America East all-rookie team ... Was one of seven Terriers to start all 21 games played ... Helped the backline shut out 10 opponents, including then-No. 3 UConn and Brown along with five of the eight AE opponents faced during the regular season ... Also helped the defense keep out Binghamton in the AE title game and Fairleigh Dickinson during the first round of the NCAAs for two 1-0 victories ... Took his only shot attempt of the season against Maine.
