AS A SENIOR IN 2014-2015:
Set seasonal best times in the 100m freestyle with a time of :44.67 in the finals at the Patriot League Championship placing 3rd, as well as in the 200m freestyle with a time of 1:37.76 placing 4th, and the 50m freestyle with a time of :20.39 also placing 4th. Seasonal best time also set in the 100m butterfly with a time of :51.59 in the double dual meet against Boston College and Colgate placing 3rd.
AS A JUNIOR IN 2013-14:Named to All- Patriot League First Team ... Placed third in the 100 freestyle (44.62), fifth in the 200 freestyle (1:37.89), seventh in the 50 freestyle (20.56) and was a member of the second-place 200 school record-breaking freestyle, 400 freestyle and 800 freestyle relay team that set new school record at the Patriot League Championships.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2012-13: Finished second in the 100 freestyle (45.01), 200 freestyle (1:38.98), seventh in the 50 freestyle (20.82), was a member of winning 400 medley and 800 freestyle relays and fourth place 200 freestyle relay team at the ECAC Championships.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2011-12: Member of winning 800 freestyle relay team and finished fourth in the 100 butterfly (49.75), fifth in 100 freestyle (45.67) and seventh in the 200 freestyle (1:42.10) at the America East Championships.
BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY: As a junior, was a State Champion in four different events ... Was named a captain his senior year ... State Champion in the 100 butterfly, 200 freestyle relay and 400 freestyle relay ... Came in second in 200 freestyle ... Also played baseball and cross country ... Was on the Academic Honor Roll (Cum Laude) ... Member of the Science National Honor Society for two years.
PERSONAL: Born on Aug. 5, 1993 ... Son of Andres and Amarilis Vazquez ... Has two older siblings - Marlin Wehbe and Christine Vazquez ... Enrolled in the College of General Studies.
