Junior Jenn Wakefield of the No. 4/6 Boston University women's ice hockey team paced the Terriers with five points (3g, 2a) during their season-opening series against North Dakota on Oct. 2-3.
After scoring one goal in Saturday's 5-4 loss, Wakefield notched a four-point game (2g, 2a), including the game-winning goal, in a 6-2 win on Sunday.
The Pickering, Ont., native, who played for New Hampshire during the 2007-08 and 2008-09 seasons, recorded her 100th career point on Sunday with an assist on senior Jillian Kirchner's empty-net goal.
The Terriers will return to action on Saturday (Oct. 9) with a non-conference matchup at Union. Opening faceoff is 2 p.m.
