SATURDAY'S GAME
The Terriers play their last home game of the season on Saturday when Bucknell visits Case Gym for a 1 p.m. tipoff. The game will also serve as this year's senior day and Mollie McKendrick will be honored prior to the start of the game.

THE TERRIERS
BU enters Saturday on a three-game skid and hopes to end senior Mollie McKendrick's career with a win on her last game in Case Gym. The Terriers have fought hard in the last two contests, losing down the stretch to Loyola Md. and keeping a tight game with top-ranked American on Wednesday.

Troi Melton was the key contributor in those contests, averaging a team-leading 19 points, 1.5 blocks and 1.5 assists over the last two games. The redshirt junior scored a career-high 23 points against American, a game-leading figure.

As a team, the Terriers shot an impressive 42 percent from the field and held opponents to 36.4 percent overall. The biggest differential was the turnover margin, with BU committing 18 miscues to their opponents' eight. Another problem area was opponent 3-point shooting. Loyola and American combined to average eight 3-pointers per game while BU managed to sink just 1.5 per game.

Boston U. has been looking toward freshman to step up into bigger roles in the absence of Sarah Hope, who was injured in the first three minutes of BU's first game against Loyola and will be unavailable for the remainder of the season. Corrine Williams and Meghan Doogan have each seen a significant increase in their minutes since that contest. Williams averaged 18 minutes prior to Hope's injury and produced 4.0 points and 2.9 rebounds per game. Since then she averages 30 minutes per contest and 6.5 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.

Doogan is playing 16 minutes per contest over the last nine games, quite a bump after playing an average of just three minutes in the first 16 games. Doogan has also increased her productivity by 3.2 points and 1.5 rebounds per game. Classmate Erin Bayram also saw her first minutes in nine games, playing 20 against Lafayette, which is two shy of the total minutes she had previously played all season. Bayram scored four points and grabbed five boards against the Leopards.

Meghan Green leads the team in points (11.6 ppg) and rebounds (6.4 rpg). The sophomore scored a career-high 23 points against Lehigh, the most points scored by a Terrier all season. Green also has the team's best field goal (.437) and free throw (.836) percentages.

THE BISON
Despite their sixth-place rank, the Bison are league leaders in several key categories. Bucknell tops the conference in field goal defense, holding their opponents to just 34.4 percent shooting overall, which translates to their third-ranked scoring defense, allowing opponents to score just over 57 points per game. The Bison also lead the Patriot League in free throw shooting (.743) and are excellent rebounders, averaging 41.5 per game and also holding opponents to 32.9 per game. Both of those averages rank second in the conference.

Audrey Dotson leads the team with an average of 13.5 points per game. She is one of the most efficient shooters in the Patriot Legaue, going 48.4 percent from the field this season, the sixth best mark in the conference. She is also one of the best outside shooters, one of just two PL players to average more than 40 percent from beyond the arc (.403).

Claire DeBoer is also an important piece of the Bison offense, averaging 11.2 points per game. She also averages a team-high 8.0 rebounds per contest, the third-best mark in the conference.

THE SERIES
Bucknell leads the series, 2-1 after winning the past two contests. The pair met for the first time last season, a game that the Terriers won 86-58 but BU couldn't escape the Bison for a second time and dropped a 62-50 decision in their second contest last year. Earlier this season, BU lost 72-56 at Bucknell.

GAME COVERAGE
Thursday's game will be streamed live on the Patriot League Network and is free for all to view. Fans can also listen live on Terrier Sports Radio Network with Joe Weil and John-Michael Sedor on the call or follow along on twitter with live updates on @BUGameDay.

A TERRIER WIN WOULD...
...End Mollie McKendrick's career with a win in her last home contest as a Terrier.
...Snap BU's two-game skid against the Bison.
...Give BU as many conference wins as non-conference wins this season.

LAST TIME OUT
After losing by 30 in their first contest with American, the Terriers hung tough with the Eagles, keeping the game within reach for the whole 40 minutes. Troi Melton scored a game-leading and career-high 23 points to help BU stay with American. As a team, the Terriers shot over 41 percent for the second straight game and kept the best offensive team in the Patriot League to 40.4 percent overall, less than their 44.5 percent season average.
