TUESDAY'S GAME
• After clinching the No. 4 seed last week, the Terriers will host No. 5 seed Lehigh on Tuesday at Nickerson Field.
• Opening draw is set for 3 p.m. and will be aired on the Patriot League Network.
• The game will be a rematch of last year's quarterfinal, which BU won, 14-9 on Nickerson Field last season in the No. 3 vs. No. 6 seed game.
TERRIER TIDBITS
• After cracking the top-10 in the BU record book against Lehigh, Junior Jill Horka has climbed five spots on the career draw control list. She is now ranked fifth with 133 career grabs. Currently with 56 DCs this year, she is tied for second all-time and is three away from beating the BU record for season draw controls. Horka also surpassed 50 career goals against Bucknell on Saturday.
• Mallory Collins tallied her 100th career goal on Saturday with her first-half strike at Bucknell. Earlier this season she surpassed 100 career points against Navy and is currently the only active player to reach that benchmark.
• With two goals against Lehigh, junior Ally Adams surpassed 50 career points. She is now one of four active players with 50 or more points. Horka also reached that benchmark earlier this season, recording an assist against Massachusetts to reach 50 career points.
• Following last weekend's contests, the Terriers clinched the fourth seed in the Patriot League tournament.
• After making it to the PL Championship Game last season, the Terriers were again picked to finish third in the conference this season. BU was a No. 3 seed in the tournament with the 3rd-best regular season record (5-3).
• 2014 All-Patriot League First Team honoree Horka, who led BU last season with 29 goals and was second on the team with 35 points, was named Preseason All-Patriot League. In addition to her offensive output, Horka led BU with 46 draw controls and 24 caused turnovers.
• Senior Lindsay Weiner, a 2014 All-League Second Team selection, was named a captain along with classmate Siobhan McCarthy. Weiner was last year's point and assist leader, totaling 42 points including 20 assists, the only Terrier to reach double-digit helpers last season.
SCOUTING THE MOUNTAIN HAWKS
• Lehigh clinched the fifth seed in the tournament on Friday with a win against Holy Cross. They have a 9-7 record overall and a 4-4 mark in conference play.
• The Mountain Hawks lead the conference in caused turnovers, averaging 9.75 per game and they also post the second-fewest turnovers per game, committing 13.56 per game.
• Lehigh is led by Carli Sukonik, who averages 2.38 goals per game (38 total goals), the fifth-most in the Patriot League, and Allison LaBeau, who averages 3.0 points per game (48 total points), the seventh-best mark in the conference.
• Kendall Garden leads the Mountain Hawk defense with a league-leading 1.94 caused turnovers per game.
• Taylor Tvedt is the Lehigh netminder, and owns a 7.89 goals against average (3rd in PL) and .416 save percentage (5th in PL).
BU VS. LEHIGH
• Boston University leads the series 3-1, already defeating Lehigh earlier this season, 8-5.
• The Terriers defeated Lehigh last season in the Patriot League quarterfinal played at Nickerson Field, 14-9.
LAST TIME OUT
• BU broke its three-game skid with a comeback victory at Bucknell on Saturday.
• Jill Horka led the team with a three-goal second half performance while Ally Adams also collected three points (2g, 1a).
• Caroline Meegan made seven stops including five in the second half.
