BOSTON – Continuing its three-game road trip, the Boston University women's basketball will travel to Delaware for its first matchup against the Blue Hens in 11 years on Sunday, Nov. 19. Tipoff from the Bob Carpenter Center is set for 2 p.m.

TERRIER TIDBITS

  • BU dropped its first game of the season Wednesday night at New Hampshire, 72-57.
  • Nia Irving notched her third career double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
  • Payton Hauck netted a career-high for the second straight game, finishing with 16 points and went 6-of-6 from the free throw line.
  • Hauck has led the Terriers in scoring in each game, as she tallied 15 points on 6-of-9 shooting in the season opener against Northeastern.
  • Irving leads BU with 6.5 rebounds per game and Sophie Beaudry follows with a 6.0 rebound average.

  • Sophie Beaudry leads the team with a .692 field goal percentage and is 9-of-13 from the floor.
  • Beaudry led the Patriot League last season with a .509 field goal percentage.
  • Payton Hauck follows with an efficient .625 shooting clip, which ranks fourth in the Patriot League.

  • BU leads the Patriot League with a .393 3-point field goal percentage.
  • Katie Nelson is tied for third in the league with 2.0 triples per game.

DISHING IT OUT

  • • Katie Nelson ranks second in the Patriot League in assists (11) and assists per game (5.5).
  • Nelson leads the team in minutes per game (37.5), no other Terrier is averaging over 30 minutes.

BLOCK PARTY

  • Sophie Beaudry leads the Patriot League with 2.5 blocks per game.
  • The senior led the league with 2.1 blocks per game a season ago and was named to both the All-Patriot League First Team and the All-Defensive Team.

SCOUTING DELAWARE

  • The Blue Hens earned their second straight victory in a 72-56 decision against American Thursday night to move to 2-1 on the season.
  • Nicole Enabose poured in a 25-point effort in Thursday's win, and ranks second in the team in points (11.3) and third in rebounds (5.0) per game.
  • Reigning All-CAA First Team and All-Defensive Team member Nicole Enabosi has continued to be the focal point of the Blue Hens as she leads the team in points (21.7), rebounds (11.0), field goal percentage (.700), minutes (35.3) and is tied for the team lead in assists (3.0) per game.
  • Delaware has scored 72 points in back-to-back games, as it defeated Hartford by nine points on Monday for its first win of the season.
  • First-year head coach Natasha Adair was named the fourth head coach in program history in May.

THE SERIES

  • Former North Atlantic Conference and America East foes, the Terriers and Blue Hens will resume an 11-year series hiatus.
  • Delaware has had the upper hand in nine of the last 10 matchups and leads the series, 18-10.
  • BU has not won at the home of the Blue Hens since 1992.
