Later in the morning, the lightweight's 2V finished second in its race, behind only Boston College's openweight 2V. The Terriers finished ahead of openweight boats from MIT as well as BC's B and C boats. Coxed by sophomore Megan Gregitis and stroked by junior Christina Fitzgerald, the 2V finished with a time of 7:46.7, behind race winner BC (7:35.8) but comfortably ahead of BC B (7:49.3), MIT (7:52.7) and BC C (8:25.1).
