BOSTON - No. 4 BU will continue its path towards the Patriot League championship as it will take on four-time defending champion and top-seeded Loyola Maryland on Friday, May 5 in a semifinal matchup. Opening draw is set for 5 p.m.

SO WE MEET AGAIN

• For the fourth straight season, BU hosted and won a quarterfinal game after downing Lafayette, 14-7, on Tuesday.
• With the win, BU extended its win streak to five games, its longest since 2014.
• BU is 5-3 all-time in the PL tournament, as Loyola has ended its season twice.
• Loyola defeated the Terriers in the PL championship game, 18-7, in 2014 and followed with a 14-7 vicory in a semifinal matchup the following year.

FEELING HONORED

• Three Terriers were honored by the Patriot League as Caroline Meegan was named the Defender of the Year along with being named to the First Team, while Kailey Conry and Janelle Macone earned spots on the Second Team.
• Meegan earned her third-straight All-conference selection, her first on the First Team, and became the first Terrier to earn a Patriot League Major Award.
• Macone earned her second-straight Second Team nod.

THREE-PEAT

• Kailey Conry earned her third-straight Rookie of the Week honors after totaling four goals and 11 assists last week.
• Conry is the first Terrier to earn three straight Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors and the first to earn three-straight conference Rookie of the Week nods since Jenny Hauser was named the America East Rookie of the Week four straight times.

BETWEEN THE PIPES

• Caroline Meegan ranks second in the NCAA with 206 saves and third with 12.12 saves per game.
• The senior leads the Patriot League with a .524 save percentage, which ranks fifth nationally.
• She also leads the team with 31 ground balls and has posted double-digit saves in 12 games this season.

PILING UP POINTS

• Kailey Conry and Mickenzie Larivee lead the team with 14-game point streaks.
• Conry has 64 points over the past 13 games, with 52 of those coming on assists.
• 39 of Larivee's 40 points during her streak have come from goals, and she has 14 multi-goal games on the year.
• Larivee has caught fire down the stretch, scorching 28 goals over the past eight games.

STEPPING IN

• Conry has accounted for 64 points over the last 13 games since entering the starting lineup.
• She leads the team in points (65) and assists (52).
• Conry ranks No. 2 in the NCAA and leads all freshmen with 3.06 assists per game.
• The Needham, Massachusetts native has dealt at least two assists in each of the past 14 games.

CROSS EXAMINATION

• Elisabeth Jayne ranks second on the team with 35 goals.
• Jayne has accounted for 12 multi-goal games, including six hat tricks, and owns a .731 shot on goal percentage.
• Prior to her breakout senior season, Jayne had played in six games over her career.

STEADFAST SENIOR

• Taylor Hardison has been having another stellar year on the attack as she is second on the team in points (48), assists (27) and ground balls (26).
• As a junior, she led the team in assists (36) and ranked second in points (42).

STICKING TO IT

• Talley Perkins and Maria Guerra are tied for the team lead with 20 caused turnovers apiece. 
• Perkins ranks third on the team with 25 ground balls, while Guerra has caused at least one turnover in all but four games.

UPPERCLASSMEN LEADING THE WAY

• Seniors Elisabeth Jayne and Taylor Hardison have combined for 89 points, while juniors Avery Donahoe and Mickenzie Larivee have combined for 84.
• The four upperclassmen have combined for 173 of BU's 325 points.

SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS

• Top-seeded Loyola also enters Friday's contest with a five-game win streak and is 10-7 overall, including a 9-0 record in league games.
• The Greyhounds have never lost a Patriot League game, totaling a 34-0 record in regular season games and a 6-0 mark in the tournament.
• Loyola placed a league-high seven on the All-Patriot League teams, including five on the First Team, while head coach Jen Adams earned her third Coach of the Year honors.
• Cami Whiteford is the top scoring threat for the Greyhounds as she leads the team and ranks fifth in the league with 50 goals.
• Hannah Powers leads the Greyhounds with 66 points on a team-high 26 assists to go with 40 goals.
• On the draw, Taylor VanThof ranks second in the NCAA with 8.59 per game and owns the program single-season record with 146 so far this season.
• Kristen Yanchoris leads the defense with 32 ground balls and 20 caused turnovers.
• In net, Kady Glynn ranks second in the league with 9.07 save per game and ranks third with a .481 save percentage.

THE SERIES

• Loyola has taken the last six matchups since both entered the Patriot League in 2014, and leads the all-time series 8-2.
• BU held a five-goal lead at halftime during the regular season matchup on March 25, but ultimately fell 16-11.
