BOSTON – Looking to carry momentum from Saturday's 2-0 home win over Colgate, the Boston University men's soccer team will welcome crosstown rival Northeastern to Nickerson Field on Tuesday evening with action slated to begin at 6 p.m.
TERRIER TIDBITS
- Sophomore Eitan Rosen recorded his first two career goals in the first half to become the second Terrier to earn a brace this season alongside freshman Brian Hernandez (at St. John's).
- Both juniors Ronaldo Marshall and Colin Innes earned an assist with Marshall moving atop the team lead at six points (2g,2a) ahead of both Rosen and Hernandez, who own five points (2g,1a).
- Junior goalkeeper Francesco Montali claimed his second and the team's third shutout of the season needing just one save, as the backline held Colgate to four shots.
- BU is now 2-2 at Nickerson Field with a pair of shutout victories against the Patriot League, a 2-1 loss to UMass and 2-0 defeat to then-No. 20 New Hampshire.

- Northeastern has four players with double-digit points, including team-leading Federico Tellez at 18 points off five goals and eight assists.
- Timothy Ennin (3a) and Ryan Massoud own five goals apiece as well, while Jaconb Marin-Thomson has six assists.
- Colby Hegarty has played every minute at net, posting a .753 save percentage and 1.33 goals against average with the earlier shutout against the Bears.
- The Huskies are averaging 2.8 more shots per game with a 93-80 advantage in corner kicks.
SERIES HISTORY
- BU is 21-9-2 all-time in the series dating back to 1984.
- Two of the last three meetings have gone to OT with the Huskies prevailing on a 110th penalty kick in 2019.
