BOSTON, Mass. – With finals in the rear-view mirror, the Boston University women's basketball team turns its attention to its next game, visiting Rhode Island on Sunday, Dec. 19. Opening tip is set for 1 p.m.
The Terriers and Rams each head into the matchup on two-game winning streaks. BU aims for its first three-game winning streak since February, and its second road win of the season. Sunday will be just the Terriers' second game of the year outside the state of Massachusetts, and their first since Nov. 14.
Rhode Island seeks to improve its home record to 6-0 on the campaign. After winning their first seven games of 2021-22, the Rams lost three straight before their two most recent wins. Sunday marks URI's non-conference finale before A-10 play begins.
