WASHINGTON, D.C. – Competing in its final non-conference matchup of the regular season, the Boston University men's tennis team dropped a 4-1 decision at Georgetown Saturday afternoon.
The Terriers (1-13) won two of the three doubles matches for the first point, but the Hoyas (6-9) won the top four singles points in straight sets for the team victory.
Georgetown started off with a 6-1 doubles win in the top slot. Freshman

Ben Letzer posted a 6-3 win at line 3 before sophomore
Jonah Dickson and freshman
Dion Loutas claimed a 6-4 victory at line 2.
Loutas won the most games in singles for BU, coming up just short to Jake Fellows in the top match, 7-6, 6-4. Dickson was one break short in both of his sets for a 6-4, 6-4 loss at line 2.
The Terriers will next visit Navy in the Patriot League opener on Sunday (March 27) at 9 a.m.
