BOSTON – With the 2022 Patriot League opener approaching, the Boston University women's lacrosse heads to Quinnipiac for a non-conference matchup on Saturday (Mar. 5). Opening draw is set for 2 p.m.

Saturday is the Terriers' last out-of-league game before league action begins the following week. BU will play two more non-conference games in April, both on the road. The Terriers will be playing in their fourth road contest out of six games to this point.

Meanwhile, Quinnipiac prepares to begin a three-game homestand after starting out the season with three road bouts. The Bobcats, who started their season on Feb. 19, have played three games in that span.

Both programs have teamed up to make Saturday a Pancreatic Cancer Awareness game. Both programs are raising money for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, with donations helping to accelerate progress and improve patient outcomes. Initially setting a goal of $5,000, the teams have raised over $6,600 as of writing. A link to the teams' page is at the top of the article.
