BOSTON – The Boston University women's lacrosse team (2-0, 0-0 PL) hits the road to face Iona (2-0, 0-0 MAAC) on Saturday (Feb. 18) at 2 p.m. The game is BU's first road contest of the season.Â

Saturday's game is the first of a long road stretch for the Terriers. It is also the last game in the northeast before BU heads down south for a trip to South Carolina.

TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU most recently defeated Stonehill in a 20-9 decision at Nickerson Field.
- Four separate Terriers scored at least three goals in the win: senior Claire Gola, freshman Jayne Feeney, grad student Maddie MacMaster and junior Matty Spaeth.
- Gola led BU in goals against the Skyhawks, scoring four on the day.
- Senior Jennifer Barry continues to lead BU in goals (eight), points (12) and draw controls (23).
- MacMaster has two free position goals this season while Feeney, Spaeth and sophomore Libby Carbo each have one.Â
- Gola has caused the most turnovers for the Terriers this season with five and the most ground balls with six.

- Multiple Terriers have hit career-bests in goals, assists, points and ground balls in the two games this season.
- The 20 goals BU scored against Stonehill were the most in a game since Feb. 16, 2020, when the Terriers scored 22 goals against Hartford.
