BOSTON - The Boston University women's soccer team looks for its first Patriot League victory in 2023 as it hosts Colgate on Wednesday (Sept. 20). Opening kick from Nickerson Field is set for 6 p.m.
Coming off a loss against Loyola Maryland in the Patriot League season opener, BU (3-4-2, 0-1-0 PL) closes its four-game homestand, the longest stretch in Terrier Town this year. All three of BU's wins in 2023 have come at home.
Colgate is on the road against a league side for the first time after drawing Bucknell in its lidlifter on Sept. 16. The Raiders are 1-3-1 outside of Hamilton, N.Y. so far, being outscored 10-5.

TERRIER TIDBITS
- It its last match on Saturday (Sept. 16), BU fell 1-0 at home against Loyola Maryland.
- Giulianna Gianino and Natalie Godoy lead the Terriers in shots with four and three, respectively.
- Celia Braun enters the contest with a 0.745 save percentage and has played every game this season. She needs two more saves to set a new season-high, eclipsing the 36 she collected in 2021.
