Women’s Basketball Treks To Bucknell For Wednesday PL Tilt

BOSTON – Competing in its third road game among its last four contests, the Boston University women's basketball program makes its way to Bucknell for an evening matchup on Wednesday (Jan. 17). Opening tip is slated for 6 p.m.
 
BU (11-4, 3-1 PL) sits in fourth place in the Patriot League standings after the first two weeks of conference action, behind undefeated American, Colgate, and Holy Cross. The Terriers have split their first two road league contests.
 
Bucknell (3-12, 0-4 PL) is the lone team without a Patriot League victory to this point, enduring a five-game losing streak heading into Wednesday's tilt.
 
TERRIER TIDBITS
  • BU won its eighth home game of the year with a 55-48 triumph over Loyola Maryland on Jan. 13.
  • The Terriers led by as many as 17 points, and coaxed the Greyhounds into 6-of-21 shooting in the fourth quarter to preserve the win.
