BOSTON – Competing in its first road game since Nov. 16, the Boston University women's basketball program travels to Le Moyne for a non-conference tilt on Thursday (Dec. 5). Opening tip from Ted Grant Court is set for 6 p.m.
BU (3-3) seeks its first road win on the season, having dropped contests at No. 2 UConn and New Hampshire so far. Thursday's matchup is the farthest non-conference road game for the Terriers this season before Patriot League play begins in 2025.
Le Moyne (0-7) hosts only its second home game to this point. The reigning NEC runner-up recently played in the Puerto Rico Clasico over Thanksgiving weekend. Four of the Dolphins' next five matchups are at home.

TERRIER TIDBITS
- The Terriers finished their three-game homestand with a 64-59 victory over Rider last Sunday (Dec. 1).
- BU posted its second wire-to-wire victory on the season, and first since Nov. 4 vs. Northeastern.
- Sophomore Audrey Ericksen dropped 17 points in the first quarter, finishing the game 6-for-6 from three-point range for a career high 20 points.
- Classmate Bella McLaughlin notched career highs as well with 15 points off seven made baskets.
- Ericksen became the first Terrier in the Patriot League era (beginning in 2013-14) to make six three-pointers without a miss in a single game.
- After scoring 11 points against the Broncs, freshman Allison Schwertner was named an honorable mention for the Patriot League weekly awards.

- At 1,058 career points, senior Alex Giannaros needs 16 more points to match Aly Hinton '10 for 22nd place on BU's all-time scoring list.
- Giannaros ranks atop the conference with a .459 three-point percentage, second with 2.8 three-pointers per game and third with a .464 field goal percentage and 15.8 points per game.
SCOUTING LE MOYNE
- The Dolphins are 0-7 to start the season, most recently falling to Southern Indiana, 71-42, on Nov. 30.
- Le Moyne is 0-1 so far at home in 2024-25, dropping a 76-51 contest to Rhode Island.
- Sierra Linnin is the lone Dolphin scoring in double figures at 10.5 points per game. Haedyn Roberts has registered 9.6 points across seven games.
- The Dolphins were projected to finish third in the NEC preseason poll under first-year head coach Nick DiPillo.
- Last year, Le Moyne reached the NEC championship in its inaugural season as a league member, posting an 18-15 record and 14-2 mark in conference play to earn a bid in the WNIT.
SERIES HISTORY
- Thursday marks just the second all-time meeting between BU and Le Moyne.
- The Terriers won the first matchup last season, 64-53,on Nov. 22, 2023.
- Giannaros led all scorers with 15 points, followed by 12 points from Caitlin Weimar and 11 points from Ericksen.
