BOSTON – The Boston University women's lacrosse team returns home for the first time since Feb. 17 to face Patriot League foe Army West Point. Opening draw against the Black Knights is set for 4 p.m.
In addition to being on ESPN+, Wednesday's game will air on NESN as a part of BU's Fifty Forward package. Fifty Forward showcases women's events at BU to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Title IX and the years to come for women's collegiate athletics.
TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU most recently dropped a 20-9 decision to then-No. 18 Navy.
- In the loss, junior Abby Cotraro and sophomore Leah Hodgins led BU with three goals each.
- Junior Hannah Tillier recently took over the season lead in points with 23 and is currently on an eight-game points streak.
- Also on a multi-game points streak is freshman Reilly Walsh who has scored at least one goal in each of BU's last seven games.
- Senior Ellen Monahan continues to anchor BU's defense with 20 ground balls, 12 caused turnovers and 28 draw controls this season.
- Senior Tobey Tick is on a two-game scoring streak with two goals at Bucknell and one at Navy.

- Monahan is fifth in the league in ground balls per game with 2.50.
- Freshman goalkeeper Natalie Aiosa is 28th in the NCAA and fifth in the Patriot League in saves per game with 8.88.
SCOUTING THE BLACK KNIGHTS
- Army West Point is 3-6 overall and 1-4 on the road.
- The Black Knights recently defeated Lafayette 17-4.
- They are 1-1 in league play with a 14-13 loss to then-No. 5 Loyola.
- Army also boasts wins over Hofstra (18-11) and California (15-4).
- The Black Knights started the season as the #15 team in the country but fell out of the rankings after suffering losses to No. 17 USC, No. 5 Syracuse and unranked Siena.
- Seven freshmen and 25 upperclassmen make up the Army roster.
- Head coach Michelle Tumolo is in her third season at the helm.

- This will be the eighth meeting of the league foes.
- BU last defeated Army 9-8 on April 21, 2018, to clinch a PL Tournament berth.
