BOSTON – The Boston University women's lacrosse returns home to welcome Patriot League foe Lehigh on Saturday. Opening draw against the Mountain Hawks is set for noon.
 
Saturday's game will support Morgan's Message, an organization that aims to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete community and equalize the treatment of physical and mental health in athletics.  
 
TERRIER TIDBITS

• The Terriers took a break from conference play and suffered a 20-7 loss to UMass Lowell on Wednesday.
• Junior Abby Cotraro led BU's offense against the River Hawks with two goals and one assist.
• Fellow junior Hannah Tillier earned two points with a goal and an assist of her own.
• Freshman Tessa Geddes, who was named the Patriot League rookie of the week on Monday, scored one goal on the free position.
• Senior Ellen Monahan had a career game in caused turnovers with four and collected three ground balls. 
• With her efforts, Monahan is tied for the lead in the Patriot League for caused turnovers per game.
• Freshman Susie McGowan made her first career save and totaled five in her time in net.
• BU is 26th in the nation and third in the league in free position percentage (0.508).
• The Terriers are also 30th in the nation and third in the league in draw controls per game (14.91).
• Freshman goalkeeper Natalie Aiosa ranks 51st in the NCAA and fifth in the league in saves per game with a value of 7.73.

 
SCOUTING THE MOUNTAIN HAWKS

• Lehigh is 6-4 overall and 2-2 in league play.
• The Mountain Hawks are 1-1 on the road and most recently dropped a 19-7 contest to Army West Point.
• Lehigh has topped American (11-9) and Bucknell (15-8) in Patriot League play.
• The Mountain Hawks' other conference loss came against Loyola in an 11-5 outcome.
• Eight freshmen and 23 upperclassmen make up the Lehigh roster.
• Head coach Jill Redfern is in her 16th season at the helm.
