BOSTON – In its first Patriot League rematch of the 2024-25 campaign, the Boston University women's basketball program welcomes Army West Point to Case Gym on Saturday (Jan. 18). Opening tip is set for 2 p.m.
BU (7-9, 1-4 PL) returns to Terrier Town for a two-game homestand. In the second game against Patriot League teams last season, the Terriers went 6-3.
Army West Point (12-3, 4-1 PL) seeks to boost its road winning streak to three straight games. In conference away contests, the Black Knights are averaging 72 points per game.
Saturday marks Alumni Day and BU's Girl Dad Game for BU. Women's basketball graduates ranging from the 1980s to 2020s will return to Commonwealth Ave. for an in-game recognition. Girl Dad stickers will be available at the marketing table in the Case Gym entrance.
The broadcast on Saturday airs on ESPN+, with Brian Maurer (COM'07), Mason Jablonsky and Jack Hughes on the call. GoTerriers.com will supply live statistics and an audio-only broadcast, while the Patriot League supplies an international stream.

- The Terriers sustained an 80-54 road loss to Lehigh on Jan. 15.
- BU shot 70 percent from the field in the second quarter to lead 33-30 at halftime, but was outscored 50-21 in the second half.
- Freshman Allison Schwertner led the Terriers with 14 points on 7-of-11 baskets.

- Since the first matchup against BU, the Black Knights have won two of their last three games, posting victories over Lafayette and Loyola Maryland.
- Overall, Army West Point has won five of its last six contests.
- The Black Knights are 6-1 on the road in 2024-25, with the only setback taking place at Howard back on Dec. 13, 2024.
- Three Black Knights are scoring in double figures during Patriot League play, led by 13 points per game from Trinity Hardy.

SERIES HISTORY
- Saturday marks the 33rd all-time meeting between BU and Army West Point in a series that began in 1980.
