BETHLEHEM, Pa. - After helping the Boston University field hockey team earn a Patriot League road win over Lehigh, freshman Molly Driscoll has been named the Patriot League Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday.

Driscoll scored the game-winning goal on Saturday and picked up an assist on the game-tying goal against the Mountain Hawks. After Lehigh scored just over a minute into the game, Driscoll assisted on a corner goal moments later before breaking the deadlock in the 35th minute with her fourth goal of the season en route to a 4-1 triumph.

Driscoll, who is the third player from her class to earn PL Rookie of the Week honors this season, ranks third on the team in both points (9) and goals (4). The assist on Saturday was the first of her collegiate career.
