BOSTON – For the final time in the 2024-25 regular season, the Boston University women's basketball program plays at Case Gym, hosting Lehigh on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 6 p.m.
 
BU (10-16, 4-11 PL) searches for its first three-game winning streak on the season and back-to-back wins at The Roof for the first time since Nov. 4-21. The Terriers are currently tied with Lafayette, its next opponent, for seventh place in the Patriot League standings.
 
Lehigh (23-4, 14-1 PL) enters Wednesday in first place in the standings with three remaining regular season games. The Mountain Hawks lead second-place Army West Point by two games and can secure at least a share of the regular season championship with a win.
 
Wednesday marks ASL Night and the program's PlayBOLD game. In partnership with BU's Wheelock College of Education and Human Development's Program for Deaf Studies, fans will receive an ASL Alphabet Poster and participate in a halftime presentation. PlayBOLD, the nonprofit organization founded by BU head coach Melissa Graves, is collecting new or gently-used sneakers and basketballs at the marketing table.
 
The game airs on ESPN+ with Brian Maurer (COM'07), Jack Hughes and Coty George-Davis on the call. GoTerriers.com will provide live statistics and an audio-only broadcast while the Patriot League supplies an international stream.
 
TERRIER TIDBITS

• The Terriers picked up an 82-72 victory over American on Senior Day at Case Gym on Feb. 22.
• BU trailed for only 26 seconds in a game where it shot nearly 52 percent from the field.
• Junior Anete Adler made 10 of her 11 shots for a career high 24 points off the bench, tied for the most by a Terrier in a game this season.
• Senior Alex Giannaros made six three-pointers for 18 points while sophomore Aoibhe Gormley added 14 points and seven rebounds.
• Since Jan. 25, Adler is averaging 12.3 points on 60 percent shooting across eight games.
• In her last four games, Aoibhe Gormley is averaging 13 points per game. In her last nine contests, she has shot 60.4 percent from the field and 20-for-23 from the foul line (86.9 percent).
• Giannaros is 10 points away from matching Jesyka Burks-Wiley for ninth place on BU's all-time scoring list, which is 1,315 points.
• Last week, Terrier alumna Maggie Pina (CAS'23) departed for Australia to begin her professional career with the Warrandyte Venom in the Big V Basketball League. 

SCOUTING LEHIGH

• The Mountain Hawks have won 12 games in a row and 17 of their last 18 contests.
• Their last eight victories have been by double digits, most recently a 75-61 triumph over Lafayette on Feb. 22.
• Lehigh's last road loss was Dec. 4, 2024 at Drexel.
• Four-time Patriot League Player of the Week Maddie Albrecht paces Lehigh with 15.9 points per game, good for third in the Patriot League.
• Ella Stemmer has hit 36 three-pointers in conference play to score 11.4 points per contest. 

SERIES HISTORY

• Wednesday marks the 26th all-time meeting between BU and Lehigh in a series that began in 1989.
